Cater Care is seeking a Site Manager to lead remote mining village operations across Australia. You will manage all site accommodation and catering, ensure efficient use of VAMS/SAMS/RMS, and drive strong P&L performance while maintaining excellent client service.

The role suits resilient leaders with remote/village management experience, strong admin skills, and a can-do attitude. FIFO Cairns; salaries range $100,000–$130,000 with fully covered travel and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Stable and progressive management experience in a remote or village environment.
• Excellent administrative skills and experience with accommodation reservation systems.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of managing P&L.
• Desirable: manual driver's license and forklift ticket.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site and contract-scoped accommodation and catering services.
• Oversee accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS) smoothly and efficiently.
• Take full responsibility for financial performance and P&L, focusing on labor and food costs.
• Foster client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead, develop and mentor on-site team.
