Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand seeks an experienced Village Manager to lead Leinster's village operations in Western Australia. You will oversee supermarket, tavern, café, accommodation and pool services for a remote mining community.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will drive safety, service standards and resident experience while managing a 50+ strong team and coordinating with the client and ISS policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-service operations in village or remote camp settings.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams (>50 employees).
• Strong understanding of HSE/OH&S regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient delivery of village services including supermarket, tavern, café, accommodation and pool.
• Ensure staffing, maintenance and operation of facilities; drive service standards and resident experience.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance management for a 50+ employee team.
