Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an HR/Payroll Guided Implementations Consultant (AU) to lead customers through the guided onboarding journey. You’ll support HR, Payroll, and related modules, enabling customers to configure the platform confidently and adopt best practices.

You’ll be the main contact during implementation, managing stakeholders, running enablement sessions, answering questions, and coordinating cross-functional work. This is a remote-friendly role open to candidates across Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementations or onboarding roles.
• Experience guiding end-to-end implementations (config, testing, go-live).
• Experience HR/Payroll or workforce management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through guided onboarding with structured education and direction.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and enablement sessions.
• Ensure data integrity in business systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive timely product adoption.
