Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team in remote accommodation villages in Moura, Central Queensland. The role is full-time and involves hands-on supervision to ensure facilities are clean and compliant with contractual obligations.

The position operates on a 14 days on, 10 days off FIFO schedule, with drive-in drive-out logistics. You will train, motivate and work alongside the team to deliver high standards and a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Mine Site and housekeeping cleaning experience highly regarded.
• Commercial experience in hotel, mining, or resort environments preferred.
• Ability to lead a successful team with ownership of overall performance.
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to ensure facilities are clean and compliant with obligations.
• Train, lead and motivate the team, working alongside management to achieve results.
• Perform hands-on, physical work alongside the team on site.
