Job summary

ISS Facility Services in Queensland is seeking a FIFO Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at a remote mining village. The role follows a 9 days on / 5 days off FIFO roster, with a base salary of AU$96,000 plus super and on-site meals, accommodation, and uniforms.

You will oversee a housekeeping team, coordinate schedules, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the Site Manager to maintain a welcoming village environment. Full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing housekeeping teams.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and safety.
• Ability to pass medical and police clearance.
• Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a housekeeping team to deliver high-quality results.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly cleaning schedules per site requirements.
• Promote safety culture and a positive team environment.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance and standards.
• Manage stock, supplies, equipment, and ordering.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
