Job summary

Workspaceco is seeking a High-Ticket Sales Closer to drive revenue for our virtual assistant services. This fully remote, commission-only role combines outbound prospecting with direct sales, including cold calling, and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will earn per-closed-deal commissions ($800 for company-provided leads, $1,200 for self-generated leads) with an OTE of $150,000–$200,000 in Year 1, and potential growth into salary + commission as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success.
• Outbound cold calling experience.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven pipeline management.
• Comfort with commission-only structure and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline via calls, personally or via setter.
• Close deals from first contact to signed contract.
• Identify and engage cold, warm, and hot leads through structured call campaigns.
• Maintain CRM cleanliness and reliable forecasting.
