Kanda is seeking a calm Allocations Consultant for a remote casual role within our Perth-area team. You will match shifts, ensure credentials and compliance, and handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.

This frontline operational position covers after-hours and weekends with flexibility, including early starts from 4:45am and late ends to 10:15pm. Ideal for those who thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocations, rostering or workforce coordination (healthcare preferred).
• Clear, confident communication in spoken and written form.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, time-critical environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance and credentials.
• Familiarity with workforce management or booking systems.
• Professional, calm and solution-focused approach.
• Available for early starts, late finishes and weekends.
• Experience in health labour hire, nursing agencies, aged care, disability or hospital staffing is a bonus; knowledge of awards, fatigue considerations and scope of practice is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Allocate and coordinate shifts across a 7-day service, matching the right people to requests.
• Manage bookings and rosters in workforce systems, accurately and in real time.
• Check compliance and credentials to ensure allocations meet requirements.
• Respond promptly to last-minute changes and after-hours demands.
• Communicate clearly with clients and our workforce by phone and written channels.
• Support after-hours operations and cover day shifts when needed.
