Job summary

Remedy Healthcare is seeking a Client Access Specialist to join the Client Connect team. This full-time role is a 12-month fixed term contract based out of the West Perth office with some work-from-home flexibility.

The roster covers hours from 6am to 6pm, AEDT to AWST, and nationwide candidates are welcome to work AWST hours remotely. Responsibilities include outbound outreach to referred clients, handling inquiries, processing referrals, enrolling clients into Remedy Health Coaching, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer support roles.
• Experience in sales and growth is highly regarded.
• Experience working in the health services industry.
• Tech savvy with strong administration and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, build rapport, and understand needs.
• Proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Outbound contact with referred healthcare clients.
• Management of inbound phone/email enquiries.
• Referral administration and data entry.
• Support client enrolment into Remedy Health Coaching programs.
• Educate clients on offered programs based on eligibility and health funds.
