Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing or social commerce with a track record of growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour.
• Ability to translate data into practical optimisation strategies.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with founders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop strategy and lead social commerce initiatives for brands in DACH.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion, and strengthen brand performance on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with founders to define priorities and drive growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Assess content assets and creative approaches to improve engagement and impact.
• Identify emerging TikTok trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop scalable processes and test new approaches to support sustainable growth.
• Apply insights from training to strengthen content performance and campaigns.
