Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Director of Social Commerce to lead social commerce for a major global brand from its Sydney hub. You will own the strategy and execution, work hands-on across TikTok Shop, social platforms, creators and performance marketing, and shape the capability as demand grows.

This senior leader will build and scale a team, align with client and internal stakeholders, and drive measurable revenue through integrated social commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience across Social Commerce, eCommerce, Social Media or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.
• Experience developing and executing Social Commerce strategies.
• Strong link between content, creators, affiliates, paid media and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Social Commerce strategy and execution for a major global brand.
