You will lead influencer strategy and creator-led campaigns for major consumer brands, focusing on creative concepts, scripts, and creator management across the DACH region while supporting global growth.

You will collaborate with founders, analyze campaign performance, stay ahead of social trends, and drive scalable influencer operations in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy for marketing agencies or brands.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
• Ability to write engaging concepts and scripts for campaigns.
• Analytical skills to interpret KPIs and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
• Oversee creator management throughout planning and execution.
• Develop creative concepts, briefs and scripts aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate objectives into creator-led campaigns with consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with founders to shape growth and strategic direction.
• Monitor KPIs and assess campaign results to improve performance.
• Identify trends and high-performing formats to strengthen campaigns.
• Apply insights to refine processes and scale influencer operations.
