Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Australia, fully remote. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, manage large advertising budgets, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV with advanced attribution tools.

You will lead testing strategies and collaborate with creative teams to maximize growth and profitability. The role emphasizes international market expansion, data-driven decision making, and a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, mobile-focused.
• Hands-on management of paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.
• Experience with large advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models and payback periods.
• Experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust for mobile measurement and attribution.
• Ability to design creative testing strategies and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Allocate and manage substantial ad budgets, monitor CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
• Analyze campaign and funnel data, optimize cohorts and landing pages.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, and creatives to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to refine ads based on insights.
• Measure attribution, run incrementality tests, and inform budget decisions.
• Drive expansion into international markets while maintaining profitability.
