REBORN, a marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Performance Media Manager for a remote-first, part-time role based around Sydney. You will own paid media strategies for diverse clients, driving growth across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Responsibilities include deep data analysis with GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, and ongoing testing to improve ROAS and CPA. Collaboration with Strategy and Creative teams is essential to ensure brand alignment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in performance marketing or e-commerce
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Looker Studio and Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with ability to explain data
• Growth mindset with experimentation history
• Based in Sydney area or close proximity

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and deploy paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Campaign Operations: Manage budget pacing, bid management and creative testing.
• Data & Insights: Use GA4, GTM and Looker to analyse performance and drive ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Testing & Optimisation: Lead A/B testing for ad copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Reporting: Deliver clear reporting on KPIs to stakeholders and clients.
