Job summary

Envato is seeking a Creator Marketing Lead to drive an always-on creator program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers. You will own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting to turn great content into evergreen growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align creator activity with launches and product stories, while applying AI to improve workflows and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs.
• Commercially sharp with negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data to understand performance and inform decisions.
• Strong relationship builder with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve workflows and scale programs.

Responsibilities
