Job summary

Uproot Clean is seeking a Creative Strategist to own and scale paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. You will lead a team of 5 creatives and work closely with media buyers to turn performance data into scalable ads.

Ideal candidates have direct-response copywriting expertise, a proven track record in performance-driven paid social at scale, and deep experience with Meta/TikTok ads for DTC brands. Fully remote role.

Qualifications

Direct response copywriting expertise with understanding of customer psychology and offers.
Proven track record delivering performance-driven paid social creative at scale.
Deep expertise with Meta and TikTok ads and creative testing methodologies.
DTC/ecommerce background with experience scaling consumer products.
Extremely high output and ownership with management experience.

Responsibilities

Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
Define angles, hooks, formats, and testing priorities by channel.
Lead a team of 5 creatives (4 editors, 1 designer) and collaborate with media buying.
Translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
Write detailed briefs and provide same-day feedback on outputs.
Build and evolve creative testing frameworks and processes.
