Novaflow Digital is seeking a Digital Growth Strategist to manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of education clients. This remote role requires you to hit the ground running with experience on both Google and Meta platforms and to communicate clearly with clients to drive growth.

You will set up and optimise campaigns, provide monthly reports, and identify opportunities for improvement while guiding clients through digital strategies and decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of agency or digital marketing experience.
• Experience with SEM PPC on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse data and report insights.

Aufgaben

• Set up and optimise client accounts on Meta and Google.
• Articulate the value of our services through reports and client conversations.
• Balance delivery with the scope of work and client requests.
• Identify and notify leaders of scope creep.
• Build and manage campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Business accounts.
• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities and communicate improvements to clients.
• Prepare monthly written and video reports to explain digital strategy.
• Analyse analytics and apply CRO tactics to maximise ROI.
• Educate clients on SEM and PPC strategy and tactics.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
