• Manage Google Ads end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, budgets and client comms.
• Develop performance-driven strategies to grow sustainable profit.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Collaborate with feed management to improve campaign efficiency.
• Conduct creative/testing, write compelling ad copy, and implement testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond platform metrics and translate data into actions.
• Monitor budgets and profitability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Communicate developments and insights to clients via Slack/meetings.
• Maintain notes during strategy discussions and seek feedback to improve.
• Own results and continuously refine approaches through experimentation.
