Job summary

Intender Media Pty Ltd is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own and optimise Google Ads and Meta accounts from Noosa or remotely. You’ll work as an extension of clients’ teams, spotting opportunities, explaining insights, and driving smarter, more innovative results.

You’ll collaborate with the Paid Media Director and deliver measurable outcomes for diverse ecommerce and challenger brands. You’ll own tracking setups, experiment with bidding, and build AI-driven workflows to streamline

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred).
• Advanced Google Ads expertise across Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Display and YouTube.
• Proficient with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, budgets and priorities.
• Strong analytical capability and client-facing communication.
• Experience using AI or automation to solve problems or save time.
• Ability to explain technical details clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Building, managing, optimising and troubleshooting Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Working across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and YouTube.
• Setting and refining bidding strategies, campaign structures, audience targeting and budgets.
• Diagnosing performance issues, identifying wastage and applying fixes.
• Owning tracking across GA4, GTM and conversion setups.
• Building and maintaining CRM and offline conversion integrations.
• Understanding attribution to explain what numbers mean.
• Leading WIPs and performance reviews with senior support.
• Turning technical detail into clear client recommendations.
• Building AI workflows and automations to reduce repetitive work.
