Employment Hero in Wagga Wagga, NSW, is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across global entities. You will reconcile bank accounts, manage intercompany transactions and assist with audits while supporting a fast-growth, remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a similar role, a Finance/Accounting degree, and are pursuing CA/CPA. NetSuite experience is highly regarded as part of a diverse skill set in a dynamic team.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Currently studying for CA/CPA qualification (or starting).
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous.
• Hungry, creative, enthusiastic and data-driven with a diverse skill set.

Responsabilidades

• Reconciliation of daily bank accounts across global entities.
• Reconciliation of company credit cards and spend platforms.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Prepare journal entries including prepayments, accruals, depreciation, intercompany transactions.
• Own the Fixed Assets Register.
• Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Assist in external audits.
• Support finance manager with ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
• Perform reconciliation and variance analysis of company spends.
