The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, CPA/CA preferred, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, and excellent communication skills. Salary AU$70,000–AU$90,000 + superannuation with great benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience managing a team and communicating with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and manage the accounting team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
• Support other departments on financial matters.
