Employment Hero is seeking an Accountant to join our fast-growing, remote-first team. You will work with the Finance Manager and other accountants to manage day-to-day accounting, including reconciliations, journals, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

You will balance a fast-paced environment with accuracy, supporting month-end closes and external audits, while leveraging NetSuite and pursuing CA/CPA qualifications. A strong analytical mindset and autonomous work style are required.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in a similar accounting role.
• Pursuing CA/CPA qualification or starting this.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile daily bank accounts across global entities.
• Reconcile company credit cards and spend platforms.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Prepare journal entries including prepayments, accruals, depreciation, intercompany transactions.
• Own the Fixed Assets Register.
• Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Assist in external audits.
• Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks and process improvement.
• Reconcile and analyze spend variances.
