Employment Hero is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join our rapidly growing SaaS team. You will manage day‑to‑day accounting, reconciliations, journals and accruals, with exposure to inter‑company and FX transactions, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability for financial data and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank accounts across global entities.
• Reconcile company credit cards and spend platforms.
• Support Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable processes.
• Prepare journals including prepayments, accruals, depreciation, intercompany transactions.
• Own the Fixed Assets Register and month‑end reconciliations.
• Assist external audits and standardise accounting processes.
• Analyze spends and variances.
