Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Accountant to partner with the Finance Manager and a team of accountants to manage daily accounting activities, reconciliations, journals and accruals. You will gain exposure to inter-company and FX transactions as part of a high-growth SaaS company with global reach.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and bring strong analytical, communication and autonomous working skills to help streamline financial processes and support audits and year-end

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Currently studying CA/CPA qualification or planning to start
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank accounts across global entities
• Reconcile company credit cards and spend platforms
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare journal entries incl. prepayments and accruals
• Own the Fixed Assets Register
• Complete month-end balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist external audits
• Support standardising accounting processes
• Reconcile and analyse Company Spends
