Employment Hero is a remote-first technology company revolutionising how work gets done, with global reach and an ESOP program. We seek an experienced Accountant who will own month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, and automation initiatives while guiding a growing finance team.

You’ll work with NetSuite and Zuora, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, audit-ready financial reporting in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Competenze

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
• Minimum 3+ years in a financial or management accounting role.
• Hands-on with NetSuite and Zuora is highly regarded.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience training or supporting team members.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end close, revenue reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation.
• Develop and implement financial policies and controls to ensure compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost allocation processes.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing and operations on financial reporting.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Provide guidance to other departments on financial matters.
