Job summary

VitalEdge is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the successful deployment of our ERP, DMS, and Integrated Rental platforms across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. You will analyze processes, configure systems, train users, and drive adoption from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support.

Collaboration with project managers, product teams, and customer success is essential, along with hands-on workshops, data migration, and change management to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years implementing ERP, DMS, Rental Management, or SaaS software.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops and trainings.
• Strong understanding of operations and implementation methodologies.
• Travel with a valid license within Australia and NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementation, configuration, training and adoption.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice configurations.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and implementation plans.
• Configure settings and support data migration and go-live.
• Deliver end-user training and change-management activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, product and support teams.
