RGP is seeking a Change Consultant to support a global ERP implementation in Sydney, operating in a fast-paced environment. You will drive tactical change management initiatives and coordinate the rollout across APAC, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes within an Agile delivery framework.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, clear communications, and training to maximise user adoption while navigating a high-pressure setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management for ERP implementations.
• Exposure to ERP projects in the APAC region across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and fit of change in iterative work.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience in developing and delivering change communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
• Sydney-based with availability for hybrid work setup.
