Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Engineering Manager APAC to lead a regional engineering team responsible for implementing HIS applications across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle. You will mentor engineers, guide configurations, integrations, and go‑live readiness while maintaining security and product alignment.

You will engage with CIO/IT stakeholders, coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams, and contribute hands‑on when needed to drive successful customer implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across healthcare IT implementations for APAC region.
• Lead a team of engineers in customer-driven healthcare HIS deployments, integration, troubleshooting, and go‑live readiness.
• Engage with customer stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to manage delivery risks and ensure security and compliance.
