Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure healthcare system integrations. The role works with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third‑party providers to implement HL7, FHIR, and API‑based interfaces.

You will lead technical discovery, configure solutions to meet clinical requirements, and drive validation, testing, and go‑live activities. Strong communication and healthcare‑systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

Five or more years implementing, integrating, or delivering healthcare technology solutions.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2.x, FHIR) and APIs.
Ability to work with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third‑party vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
Experience in healthcare environments with enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
Conduct technical discovery to understand environments, workflows, and integration requirements.
Configure solutions to meet operational and clinical needs while ensuring maintainability.
Lead validation, testing, and go‑live readiness activities for successful deployments.
Provide advanced technical support and drive continuous improvement across products and delivery.
Capture knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned for sharing with teams.
