Job summary

Movemedical is seeking a Project Manager to own customer implementations across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will be the main point of contact, running meetings, managing budgets, and guiding projects from kickoff to go‑live and handoff to support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager in a customer‑facing, implementation‑focused role.
• Demonstrated experience owning end‑to‑end projects—plan, budget, and customer relationship—with minimal oversight.
• Strong, confident communication skills; comfortable running meetings and serving as the go‑to for customers and internal teams.
• Ability to operate without a fully standardized process and to solve problems as they arise, proactively.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (JIRA preferred) and MS Office/Confluence.
• Self‑directed and able to manage priorities and ambiguous scope without heavy oversight.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Collaborative working style across product, solution consulting, support, and customer‑facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of customer implementations—from scoping and planning to go‑live and handoff to support.
• Serve as the primary APAC client contact, building trust through proactive communication.
• Run status meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep deliverables on track across multiple projects.
• Identify and resolve blockers quickly; escalate when timelines or budgets are at risk.
• Track budgets, forecast financials, and manage change orders when scope shifts.
• Learn the product deeply enough to explain it credibly and assist customers without configuring it.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Support, Training, and Enablement to keep delivery moving.
