Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Engineering Manager APAC to lead and grow a regional engineering team responsible for implementing Solventum Health Information Systems across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle within the APAC region.

You will mentor, drive technical decisions, and engage with customer stakeholders including technical and executive leadership. The role balances hands-on delivery with strategic leadership in a remote, international APAC setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or healthcare informatics with healthcare IT leadership experience.
Proven experience leading regional technical resources in customer-led delivery, engineering, or services.
Strong ability to explain risks and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a regional engineering team delivering implementations and support.
Set technical direction across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle.
Mentor on complex issues, manage customer risks, and cross-functional delivery.
Engage with customer executives and stakeholders to align delivery with Solventum standards.
Contribute hands-on to technical delivery, documentation, and problem solving when needed.
