We are seeking a Sales & E‑commerce Manager to lead growth across websites and marketplaces, analyse data, optimise pricing and campaigns, and expand internationally. The role offers remote work and opportunities to shape market expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales or e-commerce management.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving targets.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across e-commerce channels.
• Manage and optimise online sales platforms (website, marketplaces, and digital channels).
• Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies (including international growth).
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Oversee pricing strategies, product positioning, and inventory alignment.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and marketplaces.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Continuously improve customer experience and online purchasing journey.
