Urban Rampage is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to establish and grow our national online retail business. Remote Australia, part-time 2–3 days per week, with flexible hours.

You will develop a practical e-commerce strategy, optimize our Shopify store, manage marketing campaigns, and focus on profitability and sustainable growth toward $1 million online revenue. This role requires commercial acumen, ability to turn inventory, traffic and ad spend into profitable

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow online sales for physical-product retail or ecommerce.
• Experience managing large product catalogs and pricing intelligently.
• Strong understanding of profitability drivers in online retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to grow profitable online sales.
• Review our website, product catalog, pricing, inventory and competition.
• Identify products/categories with strongest online potential and develop channel strategies.
• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta campaigns.
• Develop SEO, email marketing, retargeting and customer retention strategies.
• Improve Shopify merchandising, product listings, navigation and customer experience.
• Monitor online sales, conversion rates, CAC and advertising performance; report weekly.
