Job summary

You will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide technical support across diverse customer environments while keeping SLAs and safety procedures in focus.

In this remote NSW role, you will manage day-to-day customer relationships, communicate service updates, and escalate when needed to ensure minimal downtime

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining customer equipment.
• Ability to diagnose service requests and identify root causes.
• Familiar with hardware/software/network components and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, repairs, and upgrades customer equipment and related hardware/software/network components.
• Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service.
• Provides technical support across a range of customer environments and third-party technologies.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships, communicates service updates, and escalates issues as required.
• Owns customer issues through to resolution in accordance with SLAs and completes related reports.
