Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to install, maintain and repair equipment across Mandurah and Rockingham. You will ensure continuity of customer operations, handle incidents with ownership, and escalate when necessary. A flexible schedule, including nights or weekends, may apply to meet SLA.

The role requires a clean driving license, a high school diploma, and experience with PC hardware and basic Windows/MS Office skills. Strong customer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to operate Windows OS and MS Office.
• Experience with PC hardware maintenance beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within assigned territory to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Possibly cover for colleagues or work outside the area during peak demand.
• Own and resolve customer problems and incidents per SLA or escalate as needed.
• Diagnose, repair and replace components on POS, self-checkout, servers and peripherals.
• Install new equipment or upgrade existing systems per the SOW; assist site prep and testing.
