Job summary

Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support Supervisor for its Digital Services to oversee real-time crisis support staff across the Lifeline network. The role coordinates shifts, monitors service delivery, and drives improvements in crisis support practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100 hours as Lifeline Digital Services Crisis Supporter.
• Understanding of reflective practice and debrief techniques in Crisis Support.
• LLA training/coaching/ISS training and other ongoing training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time practice support and feedback to CSs across Lifeline network.
• Provide initial debriefing for CSs after difficult/high-risk interactions.
• Complete emergency interventions and mandatory reporting requirements.
• Proactively use instant messaging to provide support and direction to CSs on duty.
