Job summary

Hello Sunday Morning is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow revenue from strategic partnerships. You will convert an established pipeline into multi-year agreements while building a sustainable flow of new partners that align with our mission and values.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will work with autonomy in a primarily remote role with occasional in-person team days.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record of converting opportunities into signed, high-value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills for managing complex pipelines.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement, including with senior leaders.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with accountability.
• Experience in health, mental health, wellbeing or social impact sectors.
• Understanding of ESG and workplace wellbeing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Convert opportunities into signed partnership agreements and develop a strong new business pipeline.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle from qualification to renewal and growth.
• Prioritize high-value, multi-year partnerships and diversify income streams.
• Build trusted relationships and provide timely reporting on outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded initiatives and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Ensure partnership activity aligns with values, governance and compliance.
