Housing and Public Works is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Remote Communities Team to lead a housing services delivery across Doomadgee and Mornington Island. You will oversee intake and assessment, tenancy management advice, and customer support across multiple delivery channels, with regular travel to regional communities.

The AO5 role includes accommodation when travelling for work, a starting salary of $104,722 per annum with progression to $113,618, plus up to 12.75% employer

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities, including First Nations peoples.
• Experience working in public sector housing or community services is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team delivering frontline housing services across Doomadgee and Mornington Island.
• Oversee intake, assessment, tenancy management advice and customer support across multiple channels.
• Plan work and travel to ensure regular community visits and service delivery.
• Develop professional relationships with stakeholders and manage high-level briefs and correspondence.
• Ensure workplace health and safety policies are applied in day-to-day operations.
