Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Client Support Officer to join a 100% remote software business. The role focuses on day-to-day customer support, user assistance and administration, helping clients get the most from the software platform.

You'll work independently from home across ANZ, with flexible hours, a Monday to Friday schedule and no office attendance, contributing to client training and ongoing support while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, technical support or administration.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Accounting qualification is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective client and customer support.
• Respond to user queries with clear solutions.
• Deliver and assist with online client training.
• Support clients in using the software platform.
• Maintain and improve customer support resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
