You will be the primary contact for clients, conduct scheduled calls, guide platform navigation, maintain accurate notes in the CRM, and uphold strict confidentiality and compliance standards across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-level support and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM while protecting privacy.
• Adhere to compliance rules and complete required training and identity checks.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries and escalate per rules.
