Job summary

Next Stop Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients remotely from Australia. You will respond to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms; identify client needs and present suitable service options; coordinate scheduling and plan detailed itineraries; and manage reservations with external providers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
