Job summary

Employment Hero seeks a Senior Manager of Partnerships (Australia) to lead the Australian partner channel. You will shape strategy, manage a team of Partnership Account Executives, and own revenue targets for the region in a remote-first setting.

You will partner with APAC leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth and implement data-driven processes across the program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership of a partner or channel sales program.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through partner networks and resellers.
• Strong forecasting, data analysis and performance coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Australia partner strategy, growth, and program development.
• Manage a team of Partnerships Account Executives and revenue targets.
• Establish and own sales rhythms, forecasting and dashboards.
• Build data-driven decisions with KPI tracking and leadership reporting.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to align GTM.
• Define roles and scale the program to meet company revenue goals.
