Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team for Australia & New Zealand. You will drive the launch and ongoing sales of Pulse Field Ablation platforms and 3D mapping/navigation systems, while delivering technical support in EP procedures and aligning with field marketing plans.

The role requires a strong track record in electrophysiology sales, capital and consumables, and the ability to forecast demand and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven sales in consumables and capital equipment for electrophysiology.
• Knowledge of 3D mapping and navigation systems is essential.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage inventory and tender pricing.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell and educate on Cardiac Ablation Solutions consumables and capital products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
• Provide case and technical support for electrophysiology procedures as required.
• Develop annual and quarterly business plans aligned with CAS targets.
• Present vision and strategy to customers and conduct in-services for clinical buyers.
• Log plans, calls, procedures and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Manage inventory to ensure availability for scheduled procedures.
• Forecast demand and support clinical strategy with inventory initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence and communicate insights to the CAS team.
• Maintain high level product knowledge across offerings.
