Maddington Centurion Group is seeking a reliable Camp Chef (Utility) to join a small team servicing regional campsites. The role involves hands-on meal preparation, cleaning, and guiding other hands, suitable for a CDP or Commis Chef. You will lead camp kitchen activities and ensure safety and efficiency across sites.

The position requires FIFO/DIDO experience, up to 5 years in camp or bulk catering, and a strong focus on food safety and teamwork in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Cert III in commercial cookery or equivalent.
• FIFO or DIDO experience is required.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in camp or bulk catering environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals in line with menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with cleaning, food service and general camp duties.
• Provide leadership and support to general hands.
• Perform relief duties and assist across camp services.
• Drive staff and transport products between sites as required.
• Oversee staff and guest accommodation standards.
• Comply with HSE policies and reporting requirements.
