Maddington Centurion Group is seeking a reliable Camp Chef (Utility) to join a small team servicing regional campsites. This hands-on role covers meal preparation, cleaning, and providing day-to-day guidance to other hands in a remote camp environment.

Responsibilities include cooking to approved menus, maintaining hygiene standards, leading camp staff, and supporting across camp services. FIFO or DIDO experience is preferred, with up to five years in bulk catering or similar environments.

Qualifications

• Food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments
• Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals in line with approved menus and dietary requirements
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with cleaning, food service, and general camp duties
• Provide leadership and support to general hands
• Perform relief duties and assist across camp services
• Drive staff and transport products between sites as required
• Oversee staff and guest accommodation standards
• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
