MSL is seeking a Virtual Assistant to represent a medical client in Australia. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling, updating accounts, and supporting day-to-day operations for specific doctors.

This role requires residing in Sri Lanka, with high English proficiency, and the ability to work Australian-standard hours. You will be trained on new software and supported with all necessary hardware and tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Resident of Sri Lanka with eligibility to work.
• Comfort with Australian Standard Hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
• Notify providers of arrivals and send reminders for appointments.
• Respond to emails and faxes, forwarding inquiries to doctors.
