Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced behavioural insights researchers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and is open to international applicants.

You will conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Expertise in thematic coding, survey design, and creating polished documents and presentations is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research from interviews to surveys.
• Fluency with thematic coding, survey design/statistics, and insight synthesis.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in docs and decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead moderated usability tests, customer interviews, and survey instrument design and analysis writeups.
• Produce journey maps, insight briefs, and research repository tagging with product recommendations.
