Job summary

ConvAI seeks a discovery-focused sales professional to drive B2B SaaS engagements. You will lead 30-minute discovery calls with operations leaders and executives, demonstrate the Oration platform, and quantify ROI to secure commercial agreements.

You will create tailored collateral, manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and close deals with a consultative, executive-facing approach in a fast-growing, AI-driven market.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS sales track record from discovery through final signature.
• Strong consultative discovery skills and ability to diagnose client needs.
• Ability to build and present compelling proposals and slide decks.
• Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute discovery calls with Ops Managers, IT Directors, and C-suite executives.
• Deliver clear product demonstrations of the Oration platform to show ROI.
• Construct ROI and business-case materials to unlock budgets.
• Create tailored collateral, proposals, and SOWs independently.
• Own the sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing in Salesforce.
