Job summary

The Outsource Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Claim Processor with hands-on experience in the Australian insurance domain. The role covers end-to-end claims processing, accuracy, compliance and timely delivery aligned with client expectations.

You will review documents, coordinate with internal teams and clients, maintain records, and generate status reports while meeting defined SLAs. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and the ability to work remotely on a part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Australian insurance claim processing.
• Good understanding of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/part-time setup.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims in accordance with Australian standards and client guidelines.
• Review, verify, and validate claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional information.
• Ensure timely processing and closure of claims within defined SLAs.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all claim-related activities.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
• Generate reports and updates on claim status and processing.
