Job summary

The Outsource Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Claim Processor with hands-on experience in the Australian insurance domain. The role covers end-to-end claims processing, accuracy, compliance and timely delivery aligned with client expectations.

You will review documents, coordinate with internal teams and clients, maintain records, and generate status reports while meeting defined SLAs. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and the ability to work remotely on a part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Australian insurance claim processing.
• Good understanding of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and documentation.
