Job summary

iClassPro, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Business Development Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This fully remote role within Australia focuses on driving sales, retention, and satisfaction by guiding customers through onboarding and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer success, and/or onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment.
• Strong relationship-building and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia.
• Own the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term success.
• Lead onboarding for the accounts you close, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to achieve them.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest.
• Partner closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and ideas for improvement.
